What makes a report useful

  • the exact station, route, place, photo, or page involved;
  • what the page currently says and what you believe is correct;
  • when you observed the issue;
  • a reliable source link when one is available;
  • browser and device details for a technical problem, without account secrets.

Do not use this form to advertise a business. Recommend a legitimate place through the moderated Hidden Gem feature instead.

Urgent or real-time situations

This report queue is not monitored as an emergency or live service channel. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or on-site transport staff. For current delays, closures, or operating changes, check official MRT, LRT, and relevant transport communication channels.

Privacy and response expectations

A report is stored with a new moderation status and reviewed by authorized administrators. MetroPH may update it to reviewing, resolved, or dismissed as work progresses. Report text is visible only to you and authorized MetroPH administrators.

Because MetroPH is in public beta, a response time is not guaranteed. Reports that affect safety, privacy, security, or broadly visible accuracy should be prioritized.
